David Moore, CPA, currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at De Anza Properties since March 2025. Previously, David held various positions at Greystar from July 2021 to April 2025, including Senior Development Manager and Senior Development Associate. David's experience in investment banking includes serving as an Investment Banking Senior Associate in the Real Estate & Lodging sector at Citi from August 2018 to August 2021, following a Summer Associate role in the same department during the summer of 2017. Earlier roles include Accounting Manager and Cost Analyst/Accountant at De Anza Properties/Sandridge Partners, and Audit Associate at Mohler, Nixon & Williams. David holds an M.B.A. in Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from Georgetown University, and a BBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Loyola Marymount University.
