Ntokozo N.

Ntokozo N. is a highly experienced mining professional with a proven track record in senior management roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Senior General Manager at De Beers Group since February 2023, Ntokozo leads the transition and ramp-up of the Venetia underground project to a target of 6 million tons per annum over 25 years. Previously, as Business Leader at Two Rivers Platinum Mine, growth initiatives increased production from 3.5 Mt/annum to 6 Mt/annum through a significant R6 billion project. Prior roles include General Manager at Petra Diamonds and various leadership positions at Anglo American, Lonmin Platinum, and Gold Fields South Africa. Ntokozo's educational background includes an MBA from the University of the Witwatersrand and a Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering from the University of Johannesburg, complemented by additional management training.
