Tefo Molosiwa Mshe

Tefo Molosiwa (MBA) MSHE is an experienced leader in policy and planning for safety, sustainable development, and risk management, currently serving as Head of Policy and Planning at De Beers Group since November 2022. Previously, Tefo held various key positions at Debswana Diamond Company, including Head of Safety & Sustainability and Senior Manager of Sustainability, where responsibilities included developing and implementing sustainability strategies, managing environmental and safety standards, and ensuring compliance with occupational hygiene practices. With a strong background in environmental management, Tefo has overseen numerous initiatives, including mine closure planning, sustainability reporting, and the development of assurance programs across multiple companies. Tefo holds a Master's degree from the University of Southern Queensland and an MBA from De Montfort University.
