Thabile Moipolai

Thabile Moipolai currently serves as Senior Vice President of People Partnering at De Beers Group since March 2024. Prior to this role, Thabile held the position of Head of Human Capital at Botswana Development Corporation from July 2015 to February 2024. Thabile also worked at De Beers Holdings Botswana and De Beers Global Sightholder Sales as a Human Resources Business Partner from July 2007 to July 2015, with responsibilities at De Beers Exploration from June 2007 to December 2012 and De Beers Global Sightholder Sales from January 2013 to June 2015. Additional experience includes serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at BIFM from 2004 to 2007 and starting a career as a Learning and Development Officer at Commercial Federal Bank from February 2003 to March 2004. Thabile holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources Management from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and an Executive MBA, along with another Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Major HR) from the same institution.
