Roberto A. Jacchia

Roberto A. Jacchia is a founding partner at De Berti Jacchia Franchini Forlani, an international full-service Italian law firm established in 1975, which focuses on international and European commercial law in both contentious and non-contentious areas. With over 80 professionals in the firm, Roberto has developed strong relationships with top law firms globally to ensure high standards and quality service. Prior to this, Roberto served as a senior associate at Studio Graziadei from 1969 to 1975 and held lecturer positions at the Department of Shipping Law at Genoa State University and the Department of Air Law at Milan Catholic University between 1968 and 1973. Early career experiences also include internships at the European Commission of Human Rights, the Council of Europe, and The Hague Academy of International Law. Roberto earned a Law degree (LL.D., cum laude) from Genoa State University from 1964 to 1968.
