Ingrid van der Hoeven

Ingrid van der Hoeven is an experienced professional in social work and management with a diverse background in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently employed as a Maatschappelijk werker at De Binnenvest since April 2022, Ingrid has previously served as a mentor for the homeless at Centrum Voor Dienstverlening and held positions as a business controller at Universiteit Leiden and Middin. Additional leadership roles include team manager and coordinator within G4 municipalities, along with experience in guiding production teams at the Belastingdienst Toeslagen and as an interim manager at Tempo Team. Ingrid is currently pursuing a degree in Social Work at De Haagse Hogeschool, building upon previous educational experiences in business and social sciences.
