Denise Kromwijk

Denise Kromwijk is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Company Secretary and Practice Manager for M&A, PE, ECM, and VC at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek since September 2010. Denise has held various roles at the firm, including Senior Associate focusing on Litigation and Corporate departments, where the company advises a significant portion of the largest corporations in the Netherlands. In addition, Denise served on the supervisory board of DUWO Student Housing from July 2008 to June 2016 and gained experience as Legal Counsel for Philips Africa in 2014.
