Meghna Rai is an experienced professional in network services, currently serving as the Lead Network Service Engineer at DE-CIX since March 2019. Prior to this role, Meghna worked at HCL Technologies from November 2013 to June 2018, starting as a Graduate Engineer Trainee and advancing to Senior Specialist, with significant contributions to Cisco TAC and Cisco Managed Services, particularly in support of Bank of America's network. Meghna holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Chitkara University, completed in 2013, and received foundational education at St. Anne's Convent School in Chandigarh.
