Olesja began a career at Avaya from October 2012 to November 2016, focusing on business planning and participating in various practice phases across marketing, business development, logistics, sales, finance, and financial planning. Olesja earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) between 2012 and 2015.
