Martin Koersen

Martin Koersen is an experienced managing director and business coach at De Cronos Groep since April 2021, focusing on strengthening and expanding the Cronos ecosystem. As managing partner at Xplore Group and former managing director at Clockwork, Martin has driven customer and employee engagement. Previously, at Ordina, Martin held the role of Partner Innovation & Ventures, leading innovation programs and business development, and also served as Sales Director, managing large sales initiatives. Martin's early career included key sales and management positions at Vertis B.V. and Oracle Nederland BV. Martin holds a Mr degree in Business Law from the University of Groningen.
