Martine C. started their work experience in 2002 as a Project Manager at Maretours. In 2003, they worked at ACC as a Senior Oracle Developer before moving to Telenet in the same year to work as a Senior Java Developer. In 2005, they joined De Persgroep as a Java Developer. From 2006 to 2009, they worked at bpost, first as a Project Manager & Application Lead Parcels and then as a Project Manager. Martine then worked at Dataconstruct as a Managing Partner - Coordinator from 2009 to 2013. In 1995, they joined Cronos, where they held various roles such as Project Manager, Infrastructure PM, Program/Application Manager, Coordinator, and Team Manager. Finally, in 2014, they started working at Rijksdienst voor pensioenen as an E2E test coordinator.

Martine C. attended Syntra from 2010 to 2013, where they studied electrician. Prior to that, from 1992 to 1995, they attended Karel de Grote-Hogeschool, where they obtained a Professional Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
