Human Resources

The Human Resources team at De Dierenbescherming is responsible for managing all aspects of employee relations within the organization. This includes recruiting and onboarding new staff, developing and implementing HR policies, managing benefits and compensation, and conducting training and development programs. The team ensures that all HR practices comply with labor laws and supports a positive and productive work environment, allowing the organization to effectively advocate for animal welfare.
