Maikel van de Groep

Maikel Van de groep has extensive experience in engineering and technical roles, currently serving as Lead Engineer and Sustainability at De Graaf Bakeries since August 2015. Prior positions at De Graaf Bakeries include Hoofd technische dienst, Engineer, and Medewerker technische dienst. Maikel's earlier professional background includes serving as Brandwacht/Brandweerduiker at Veiligheidsregio Utrecht from September 2005 to September 2016 and as Duikploegleider/duiker and Onderofficier technischedienst in the Royal Netherlands Navy from September 2009 to September 2015. Maikel obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Werktuigbouwkunde from Avans University of Applied Sciences between September 2016 and April 2022, and earlier qualifications include credentials from ROC Midden Nederland in werktuigbouwkunde and a VMBO diploma from Farel College in Techniek and economie.
