Wouter de Graaf is an accomplished professional in the food industry, currently serving as Algemeen Directeur at De Graaf Bakeries since 1990, where the business has evolved into a modern food company, recognized as the market leader in savory and sweet bake-off snacks and apple pies, employing 180 staff across multiple locations. Prior to this role, Wouter de Graaf operated as a Zelfstandig Ondernemer at Bakker de Graaf, transforming the warm bread and pastry bakery into a profitable entity from 1988 to 1990, and initially managed pilot store Bakkerij 't Stoepje from 1986 to 1988. Wouter de Graaf holds a Master of Food Management from EFMI (2000-2002) and an MBO in Bread and Pastry from Vakschool Wageningen (1981-1985), complemented by an Mavo degree from Mavo Andreas Amersfoort (1976-1980).
