Cassandre Louis is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Présidente de la section de droit municipal for the Association du Barreau canadien, Division du Québec, and as a member of the Conseil de la justice administrative. Since 2021, Cassandre has held the position of Associée at De Grandpré Chait, specializing in municipal law and expropriation. Previously, from 2011 to 2021, Cassandre worked as an avocate with Ville de Montréal in the Division Évaluation, fiscalité et transaction immobilière, focusing on expropriation, preemption, and municipal taxation, where responsibilities included legal document preparation, strategy analysis, and representation before various tribunals. Earlier experience includes roles at CBC/Radio-Canada, the Association des juristes d'expression française de la Saskatchewan, and SNC-Lavalin, as well as legal internships. Cassandre holds a Bachelor of Laws from Université de Sherbrooke and a Diplôme d’études collégiales in Psychology from Dawson College.
