Jaap Tielbeke

Jaap Tielbeke is an accomplished journalist and editor with significant experience in various media roles. Currently serving as a Redacteur at De Groene Amsterdammer since September 2015 and as a Redacteur en presentator for the program Wat houdt ons tegen? at Omroep HUMAN since January 2023, Tielbeke has a strong background in philosophy and international relations. Previous positions include a role as a Werkgroepbegeleider Filosofie van de Managementwetenschappen at Radboud University and freelance journalism from July 2014 to August 2015. Tielbeke holds a Master of Arts in Philosophy from Radboud University and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Antwerp, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Groningen. Additionally, Tielbeke participated in an exchange semester at Universidad de Salamanca.
