Sandra Howell

Sandra Howell currently serves as Vice President of Corporate Operations & Programs at De Havilland Aircraft of Canada Limited, with responsibilities encompassing new, recurring, and refurbishment program execution, as well as flight operations and quality assurance. Previously, Sandra held various leadership roles at the Canadian Coast Guard, including Director of Operational Planning, where operational excellence was prioritized, as well as Operations Manager for helicopter operations and Deputy Program Manager for an offshore oceanographic vessel program. Additional experience includes program management at Transport Canada and senior leadership roles at Provincial Aerospace, focusing on safety, training, and quality assurance. Sandra holds a Master's Certificate in Project Management from Carleton University and has educational credentials from the College of the North Atlantic and Dalhousie University.
