Roel van Aar is a seasoned account manager with extensive experience in consultative selling across various industries, including HR, engineering, and retail. Currently employed at De HR club since March 2024, Roel focuses on optimizing HR services, managing consultants' schedules, and enhancing CRM systems, while actively acquiring new clients and fostering lasting relationships. Previously, Roel served as a senior advisor and account manager at Continu Professionals, where responsibilities included client acquisition, candidate selection, and trajectory guidance. Additional roles range from junior account manager at BHV.NL, supporting clients in retail and construction, to a sales manager at Emolife, overseeing team performance and training. Roel holds a Bachelor of Science in Commercial Economics from HAN University of Applied Sciences and has further pursued education in sales-account management.
