De-Ice
Leo Gross is an experienced Electrical Engineer currently employed at De-Ice since June 2021. De-Ice
De-Ice is an MIT spin-out that has developed a novel electric method to heat materials that are otherwise very difficult to heat. De-Ice is first applying this technology to on-ground aircraft de-icing in order to eliminate chemical spraying and the associated departure delays. The company will then apply its technology to other applications such as wind turbines.
