Engineer at De Klerk Werkendam

Rutger Verspuij is an experienced engineer currently employed at De Klerk Werkendam since November 2015. Prior to this role, Rutger served as a graduate intern at Iv-Consult, where the focus was on developing engineering tools to predict vortex-induced vibrations, and completed an internship at the same company involving preliminary research and design of supporting structures for soccer stadiums. Rutger also co-founded VVH Technisch Adviesbureau, leading structural analysis for housing projects. Previous experience includes a role as a private teacher in mathematics and physics for high school students, as well as serving as a team leader at Ahold, overseeing operations and employee scheduling. Rutger holds a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Delft University of Technology, along with initial studies in Applied Physics at the same institution.
