With a background in Corporate, Real Estate, and Private Client law, Eliseo also serves as the Honorary Consul of Ecuador and President of the Board of Directors at Union des Consuls à Rotterdam et La Haye. Educated at Leiden University and Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Eliseo also holds multiple degrees in Private International Law from The Hague Academy of International Law. Formerly a Managing Partner at De la Fuente & Oosterveen Advocaten, Eliseo has been actively involved in the legal and diplomatic community, serving in various roles within the Corps Consulaire Nederland and Union des Consuls à Rotterdam.
