Simon Griffiths has extensive experience in shipping and logistics management, currently serving as the Shipping & Logistics Manager at De La Rue since July 2013, where responsibilities include overseeing logistics activities across the Group and providing technical support on shipping-related matters. Prior roles include Assistant Shipping & Logistics Manager at LEKI Aviation, and Logistics & Procurement Coordinator at Thales UK Ltd, where Simon contributed to export control compliance and provided proactive export solutions. Additional experience includes serving as Shipping Supervisor at Augustus Oils Ltd and Materials Controller at Exel Logistics. Simon's foundation in logistics began with a Youth Trainee position at Pontypool Employment Service. Simon is also certified as a Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor.
