Clarence Santos

Clarence Santos is a seasoned legal professional and executive with extensive experience in various roles. As a Partner at Santos Pilapil & Associates Law Offices since March 2012, Clarence specializes in Intellectual Property Law, Labor Law, Corporate Compliance and Governance, Local Taxation, and Real Estate Law. In addition to this position, Clarence serves as the Chief Executive Officer at BiltPrecision Solutions and as a Faculty Member at De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde, teaching law subjects. From January 2017 to July 2023, Clarence was the Local Treasury Operations Officer IV and Chairman of the Safe City Task Force for the City Government of Taguig, leading the response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Previous roles include Deputy City Economic Development and Investment Promotions Officer, Chief Of Staff in the House of Representatives, and various legal consulting positions. Clarence holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Lyceum of the Philippines University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Human Resource Management from De La Salle University.
