RC Bañares, MIB, is a seasoned educator and creative professional with over 15 years of experience in design and advertising. Currently serving as a part-time faculty member at De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde, RC Bañares teaches courses in advertising, computer graphics, and art theory, focusing on fostering creativity and critical thinking among students. Previous roles include Head of Design at Global University Systems, where RC Bañares led a team of 16 designers in delivering creative services for numerous universities worldwide. As Creative Director at Gohan Concepts, RC Bañares established innovative strategies for diverse industries, while earlier positions at Publicis Manila, TBWA\ Santiago Mangada Puno, and other agencies showcased a consistent record of successful ad campaigns and brand elevation. RC Bañares holds a Master in International Business and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Communication.
