Johannes Leo D. Badillo

Johannes Leo D. Badillo is the Executive Director of Office for Strategic Communications at De La Salle University. Johannes has over fifteen years of experience in corporate communications, marketing, and public relations.

Johannes started their career as a Manila Bureau Chief for Silangan Communications from April 2002 to December 2004. Johannes then moved to St. Luke's Medical Center as the Corporate Communications Manager from March 2007 to October 2008. In this role, they managed the Corporate Communication Department’s programs and activities by conceptualizing, implementing, and continuously strengthening corporate image and identity through public affairs and advertising, media management, website and online content management. Johannes ensured timely delivery of all internal and external publications and provided supervision and training to the staff in different aspects of communication, project management, and public relations work. Johannes also supported the marketing division through the development and implementation of integrated marketing communication initiatives and programs.

Johannes has a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts from De La Salle University. Johannes is a member of the Philippine Public Relations Association and the International Association of Business Communicators.

Johannes Leo D. Badillo has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from De La Salle University. Johannes also has a certificate in Liberalism from FNF International Academy for Leadership in Germany. For their foreign studies, they completed a business program at Kokushikan University. Johannes has a Master's Degree in Marketing from De La Salle University and is currently completing a Management Development Program at the Asian Institute of Management.

Largoza - Executive Director, Strategic Management & Quality Assurance, and Diana Carolina R. Andes - Director, Risk Management, Compliance & Audit. Johannes Leo D. Badillo reports to Bernard S.
