Abbie Williams

Abbie Williams is a versatile professional with extensive experience in education, hospitality management, and editorial roles. Currently serving as a Global Mobility Coordinator at De Montfort University since July 2022, Abbie previously worked as an English Editor and Proofreader for Wanderlust Tips, managing content for a luxury travel magazine from July 2019 to January 2023. Abbie has also held the position of Hospitality Manager at TOP 10 Holiday Parks Group and has experience as an English Language Teacher at APAX English. With a strong foundation in translation, Abbie has worked as a Freelance Translator and as an Administrative Assistant at ESPO - Public Sector Procurement. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Translation Studies from The University of Sheffield and a Bachelor of Arts in French with Spanish from Bangor University, complemented by studies at other institutions.
