Dr. Laleh Kasraian

Dr. Laleh Kasraian is a Senior Lecturer in Information Systems at De Montfort University since September 2018, with prior experience as a Doctoral Researcher in Business Information Systems at University College Cork from September 2011 to June 2017. Dr. Kasraian has held significant leadership roles, including Head of the IS/IT Department at ApadanaCeram Inc., overseeing the SAP-R3 ERP deployment and ITIL implementation, and Head of the IS Department at SINA Bank, focusing on e-banking projects. Dr. Kasraian also served as IT Director and Head of the Software Department at KWPA, managing enterprise architecture and strategic planning, and has contributed to various software and financial systems projects at Informatic Sanat and Islamic Azad University. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Business Information Systems from University College Cork, an MSc in eCommerce & Marketing from Luleå University of Technology, and a BSc in Computer Software Engineering from Islamic Azad University.
