Loretta Burford

Loretta Burford has extensive experience in human resources and operations, currently serving as the Head of People Services Operations at De Montfort University since August 2005. Over the years at De Montfort University, Loretta has held several positions, including People Services Operations Manager and HR Operations and Employee Experience Manager. Prior to this role, Loretta worked at Leicestershire Police as a Customer Service Administrator and at HSBC Commercial Banking as a Customer Service Representative. Loretta's career in HR began with various roles at De Montfort University, progressing from HR Assistant to HR Services Team Leader and other managerial positions.
