Marcel Verhoeven

Marcel Verhoeven has extensive experience in the field of IT auditing and regulatory oversight, currently serving as a Toezichthouder at De Nederlandsche Bank since 2019. Prior to this role, Marcel held the position of Senior IT Auditor at the European Central Bank from 2016 to 2019 and worked as an IT Audit Manager at Ernst & Young from 2011 to 2016. Marcel Verhoeven holds two Master of Science degrees: one in IT Auditing from TIAS School for Business and Society, completed between 2012 and 2015, and another in Bedrijfskundige Informatica from Leiden University, obtained from 2010 to 2012.
