Wijnand Nuijts

Wijnand Nuijts is a lecturer and advisory board member for the executive and master program on Sustainability Strategy/Implementation at Wageningen University & Research, focusing on the design and implementation of sustainability in organizations. Currently serving as the Manager of the Behavioral Change Program at De Nederlandsche Bank, Wijnand leads initiatives to promote digital transformation and a culture of innovation within the organization. Additionally, Wijnand is a member of the External Committee on Culture and Leadership for the Dutch Tax Authorities and has previously contributed to the External Committee on Organizational Culture for the Dutch Health Care Inspectorate. Wijnand's career also includes experience as a Senior Manager at Deloitte and as a lawyer at Van Doorne. Wijnand holds a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from KU Leuven, along with educational credentials from Harvard Business School and Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
