Giovanni Toffoli

Born in Padua on March 6, 1968, he graduated in Business Administration at Ca' Foscari University in Venice in 1991. After moving to the United States, after different experiences, he returned to Italy in 1996. In 1998 he joined Kappa Spa to reorganize its activity. In 1999 he reached an agreement with Tessenderlo Group to sell the Feed Phosphate branch, concentrating the activity in the fertilizers sector. In 2000 the activities were transferred to a new plant; with new advanced technologies, Adriatica Spa was born. In 2004 he joined the board of directors of Adriatica Spa, and from 2012 he became its CEO, holding various positions within the group in the various subsidiaries. Since 2015 he has been working with Ocean SA in the Fertilizers and Iron Ore trading. Since 2018 he has been President of Federchimica Assofertilizzanti.
