Kayla Compton

Kayla Compton is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in supply chain engineering and quality assurance. Currently serving as Project Manager Lead at De Nora since March 2022, Kayla previously held various project management roles at Textron Systems from May 2018 to March 2022, including Senior Project Manager and Production Control Analyst, where cost and schedule performance analysis was a key responsibility. Prior experience includes a role as Supply Chain Engineer at Kuecker Logistics Group, where recommendations for process improvements were made using lean and six sigma tools, as well as internships focused on quality engineering and supply management. Kayla holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Louisiana State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
