Teresa Cristiana Naddeo

Born in 1958. After a degree in economics and business at the University of Turin, she began her career at Arthur Andersen & Co. (now, Deloitte) with auditing duties in the Financial and Banking sectors, until she took up the position of the manager responsible for the financial statements and auditing in leading Italian banking institutions. Then she left the audit sector to take on the Finance and Control Director role in a leading Asset Management group. In 1996, she has started her firm and continued dealing with banking and financial intermediaries with expertise in regulatory, supervisory, compliance, and risk management fields. She has supervised the establishment of a new I.T. Outsourcing operator, active in the financial field, founding a new company in which she held the CEO's office for about three years. She has also been involved in establishing and developing Zenit SGR S.p.A., a new independent Asset Management company. Since 2014 she has held the positions of independent director and statutory auditor in listed and unlisted companies.
