Vladimir Martynenko

Vladimir Martynenko serves as the Deputy Chief Operating Officer of Legal Affairs at De Novo since March 2013, providing comprehensive legal support for the company's economic activities. Previously, Vladimir held the position of Head Of Legal Department, managing court cases across various jurisdictions and overseeing contractual work in compliance with Ukrainian legislation, particularly in commercial, civil, IT, and intellectual property law. Vladimir's experience also includes working as a Legal Advisor at KM Core Technology Investment Company from February 2011 to March 2013, and serving as a Senior Legal Advisor at Veta Holding Group from June 2005 to January 2011, where full legal support was provided to multiple companies. Vladimir holds a Specialist Degree in Economic and Legal from the Donetsk Institute of Internal Affairs at Donetsk National University, obtained between 1996 and 2001.
