Paul Shilham

Paul Shilham is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across several organizations. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at De Novo Solutions since November 2024, Paul previously held the position of Head of Finance at IAAPS - Advancing Propulsion from October 2021 to November 2024, where Paul also served as Financial Controller. Prior to that, Paul worked at HiETA Technologies from February 2019 to October 2021 as Head of FP&A and as Commercial Finance Manager. Additionally, Paul gained experience at BCA Vehicle Services Limited as Finance Business Partner from December 2017 to December 2018 and held multiple roles, including Management Accountant and Assistant Management Accountant, at FireAngel Safety Technology between September 2014 and November 2017.
