Jeroen Ceelen

Jeroen Ceelen has extensive experience in procurement and project leadership, currently serving as an Inkoopadviseur at De Onderwijsspecialisten since March 2022. Previously, Jeroen worked at Christelijke Onderwijs Groep Vallei & Gelderland-Midden (COG) from February 2010 to February 2022, where responsibilities included serving as an Inkoper, leading P2P implementation projects, and advising internal stakeholders within a complex organizational structure. Earlier roles also involved invoice management and supplier relations at DAS during a detachment period focused on debtor management. Jeroen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Windesheim and has pursued multiple educational opportunities in procurement, process improvement, and professional development, including a Green Belt in LEAN six sigma.
