Jack Fitzpatrick is Fora Health’s Business Information Manager. In this role, he oversees organizational information technology requirements, software operations, and electronic health record reporting. He also works with administrative and clinical staff to support the billing claims process.
Prior to joining Fora Health, Jack served as an All-Source Intelligence Analyst under the US Army with a specialization in operational collections, surveillance, and reconnaissance tactical coordination. Jack holds an AS in Intelligence Operations Studies from Cochise College and a Certification in Intelligence Analysis. He is also a member of the Order of the Sword & Shield National Honor Society.
