Jim Deleers

Jim DeLeers serves as the President of DeLeers Construction, Inc. since January 1995, overseeing sales and operations to ensure customer satisfaction. Previously, Jim held the title of Director of Operations, managing all operational areas through functional leaders to enhance customer and employee satisfaction. As Field Operations Manager, Jim directed construction and painting crews while collaborating with senior management on strategic direction. Early career roles included Estimator/Project Manager and Carpenter, where responsibilities ranged from bid analysis to hands-on construction tasks. Additionally, Jim contributes as a part-time Drafter/Carpenter at TEC and actively participates on the Board of Directors for both the Associated Builders and Contractors and the De Pere Area Chamber of Commerce since 2012 and 2013, respectively.
