It was 2012 when Ramon de Meijer decided there must be another way.  His vision on recruitment is slightly different than what you see at other agencies. Ramon sees it as a recruitment agency with consultants who not only do their best, but "just handle it". It's a recruitment agency that knows how to surprise clients and candidates and always goes the extra mile. Preferably running. A recruitment agency where commitment and personal attention are core values, and where an unprecedented drive for the best result is the common thread. 

Making a difference
Since that time, we have grown into a specialist in recruitment and selection, located in Utrecht. From our office - or on location - we work hard to make a difference for our clients and candidates every day. We do this with pride and pleasure, because it's what's most important to us. We specialise in ICT, HR, sales & marketing, management and more. Our network consists mainly of highly qualified candidates. Whatever the field or form of contract, our consultants only aim for the best match. And you can fully trust us with that best match, because with specialised, committed and experienced consultants, we only settle for the best result. That's how we make the difference.
