Sacha Spoor

Sacha Spoor is a seasoned professional in integrity management and education, currently serving as a member of the advisory committee for the Integrity Professional program at the Nederlands Compliance Instituut and as a lecturer, researcher, and trainer at Nyenrode Business Universiteit. Spoor has extensive experience as a program manager for Leadership Essentials and as a consultant providing integrity and compliance advice through Spoor Advies & Support. Volunteer roles include involvement with the integrity reporting point at Rode Kruis Nederland and other organizations. Previous positions include strategic advisor for integrity at Gemeente Haarlemmermeer, where substantial contributions were made to developing an open organizational culture and implementing integrity training programs.
