Michael Pickell is an Operations Supervisor at DESTACO and has been in this role since 2025. Prior to this, they served as a Swiss/CNC Index Manager at DuPage Machine Products from 2023 to 2025 and as a Production Control Manager at T&H Lemont, Inc from 2019 to 2021. They began their career as a Machinist at RMTS, where they worked from 2002 to 2018, and also held a position as a Machinist at Dupage Machine Products in 2018. Michael completed a CNC Machining apprenticeship at TMA from 1993 to 1997.
