Ruth Bouman

Ruth Bouman has extensive experience in organizational consultancy and strategic advisory roles. Bouman serves on the Supervisory Board at De Stroming since September 2018 and has been an Organizational Advisor at Mandaad Organisatieadvies since September 2015. Previously, Bouman held multiple positions at Martens en Van Oord from September 2011 to August 2015, including Organizational Advisor, Head of Project Bureau, and Team Leader for Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment, among others. Additionally, Bouman worked as a Strategic Advisor at Woonservice Meander from May 2008 to October 2009, focusing on guiding and shaping strategic advisory projects. Bouman holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, achieved between 2008 and 2010, and a Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, and Law from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, completed in 2007.
