Marja Meeuwsen- van Den Akker

Marja Meeuwsen-van den Akker is an experienced professional in the fields of psychology and orthopedagogy. Currently serving as Supervisor MST-CAN and Coordinator of training programs at de Viersprong since June 2020, Marja also holds the roles of gz psycholoog and orthopedagoog generalist at SCA Plus since April 2013, providing supervision, coaching, and advice. Additionally, Marja has been an nvo orthopedagoog generalist and gz psycholoog at Opdidakt BV since May 2004 and previously managed training programs at the same institution from January 2018 to June 2020. Marja's prior experience includes serving as a senior lecturer for child and youth healthcare psychology at RINO Zuid and working in various roles within educational and psychological settings, including as an orthopedagoog at Speciaal Basis Onderwijs ‘het Baken’ and in policy and administration at the municipality of Oss. Marja holds a degree in orthopedagogiek and GZ psychology from Radboud University Nijmegen and additional education from Krullevaar and gitp pao, contributing to a robust background in psychological research and practice.
