Alvin H. Riley

Alvin H. Riley is an experienced project manager and interim project leader with a diverse background in construction management and real estate. Currently serving as Interim Project Leader at Thius since March 2024, Alvin also holds positions as Board Secretary at St. JHV De Startsleutel and Stichting VOTA since February 2022 and July 2021, respectively. As Project Manager at Riley Projectmanagement since April 2010, expertise encompasses various roles, including interim project leadership for projects at Stichting Ouderenhuisvesting Rotterdam and PPO Rotterdam, where responsibilities included long-term housing policy management and sustainability initiatives.
