Matthew Tidridge

Matthew Tidridge has a diverse range of work experience. Matthew started their career as a Barista Manager at Beanz@RIT and later worked as a Lab Tech at Rochester Institute of Technology, where they monitored computer labs and managed the school's networks. Matthew also worked as a Render Wrangler at RIT Render Farm, where they oversaw the node-based render client.

In 2013, Matthew worked as a Lead Designer at NY Path Through History, creating 3D and 2D assets for an augmented reality app. Matthew managed a team of designers and conducted site visits to local museums and attractions for research purposes.

Matthew then joined Project 01x - Pulse as a Lead Designer, where they developed an interactive project using live data to create projected visual graphics. Matthew also worked as an ITS Technician at the University of Pennsylvania, providing technical support.

Matthew's experience in the visual effects industry includes working as a VFX Intern at Blue Visual Effects, Inc. and later as a Senior 3D Artist at the same company. Matthew then joined Dream Syndicate, Inc as a Lead Interactive Developer before eventually becoming the Director of Creative Technology at DE-YAN in 2023.

Matthew Tidridge attended Rochester Institute of Technology from 2012 to 2016 where they earned their Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in 3D Digital Design. Matthew also obtained a CPR certification from Delaware Valley, although the specific month and year of completion were not stated.
