Stefania Boroli has a diverse work experience spanning from 2008 to the present. Stefania started their career as a Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs in 2008. Stefania then joined Bain & Company as an Associate Consultant in 2009, where they developed business plans and conducted research and analysis. After a brief role at Zodiak Media in 2012, they returned to Bain & Company as a Senior Consultant in 2013, leading teams and managing projects. In the same year, they co-founded Mentors4u. Finally, in 2015, they became an Investment Director at DeA Capital Alternative Funds SGR.

Stefania Boroli obtained their MBA degree from Harvard Business School between 2011 and 2013. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies in Management Engineering at Politecnico di Milano from 2005 to 2008. In addition, they have obtained a certification in Business Sustainability from INSEAD Executive Education in the year 2022.
