Stefano Caspani

Stefano Caspani has extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting in 2001, they began with an internship at the Italian Embassy Commercial Office. From there, they worked as an Associate at L.E.K. Consulting from 2002 to 2006, and then transitioned to the role of Consultant until 2008. In 2008, Caspani joined DeA Capital Alternative Funds SGR as an Investment Director, eventually becoming Managing Director in 2022. During their time at DeA Capital, they also served on the boards of various companies, including Cellini Caffè - Ekaf group, Alice Pizza, and Gelato D'Italia - Indian srl. In 2012, they joined Iacobucci HF Aerospace S.p.A.'s management board, holding the position until 2022. Caspani also served on the board of Gruppo La Piadineria from 2016 to 2018.

Stefano Caspani completed their BA in Economics with a 4.0 GPA, 110/110 cum laude (Honors Degree) at Università Bocconi from 1997 to 2001. Additionally, they attended Melbourne Business School in 2000 to pursue further studies in economics.
