Luca D'Antrassi

Luca D'Antrassi is a seasoned professional in the real estate investment sector with extensive experience in risk management, asset valuation, and digital transformation. Currently serving as Managing Director of Infrastructure & Real Asset at DeA Capital Real Estate SGR since July 2014, Luca is responsible for implementing investment strategies across infrastructure and real assets. Previously, Luca held the position of Head of Asset Valuation, overseeing valuation activities for over 50 real estate funds with more than €11 billion in assets under management (AUM). With a background as Head of Risk Management at both DeA Capital and Fabrica Immobiliare SGR, as well as Torre Sgr SpA, where Luca developed comprehensive risk management frameworks, Luca's analytical expertise includes executing significant real estate deals and driving innovation through econometric modeling. Luca earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of Rome Tor Vergata.
