Paolo Chironi

Paolo Chironi is an experienced professional in the fields of real estate and academia. Currently serving as Fund Manager and Asset Manager at DeA Capital Real Estate SGR since November 2020, Paolo also holds the position of Assistant Professor at Politecnico di Milano, teaching "Principles of Economics, Cost and Estimating Engineering." Previously, Paolo worked at Prelios from January 2018 to November 2020 in various roles including Fund Manager and Asset Manager, as well as an intern in Fund and Asset Management. Early experience includes an internship at INAIL, focusing on technical consultancy in construction and investment initiatives. Paolo holds a Master of Science in Management of Built Environment and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering, both from Politecnico di Milano.
