Mariana Aguirre is the proprietor of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability, a position held since August 2020. Concurrently, Mariana serves as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A. de C.V. since January 2016. Previously, Mariana owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, worked as a nutritionist at a private clinic from February 2016 to 2019, and taught applied mathematics in nutrition and food history at a labor training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administration and Management of Enterprises from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México.
